# Tickets

Play arcade games and earn tickets! The higher your score, the better you play, the more tickets you'll earn. Trade in tickets for a Lucky Box to open and win a valuable prize!

Earning tickets will always cost 1 [Energy Point/EP](/chaincade/welcome-to-the-retroverse/the-arcade/energy.md). 

Players can continue playing without EP, but will not earn tickets.

Collect 1000 Tickets to open a [Lucky Box](/chaincade/welcome-to-the-retroverse/the-arcade/prizeboxes.md).

These tickets are universal, players will earn tickets from playing on any game in the ChainCade arcade platform, and even from mini-games inside the [Virtual Hangouts](/chaincade/welcome-to-the-retroverse/the-arcade/metaverse.md).
